A Melbourne-based placement firm specializing in au pair services is looking for an MYOB Payroll officer to join their team!
The Payroll Officer will be expected to work six hours a day, following the client’s timezone and business operating hours.
  • Deliver a range of day-to-day payroll processing transactions, including leave applications and appropriate payroll reconciliations
  • Maintain HR / Payroll data including employee data, staffing changes, and payroll update
  • Prepare payroll fortnightly using MYOB
  • Invoice clients
  • Chase debts


  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll functions for Australian clients
  • At least 5 years overall working experience in payroll
  • Knowledgeable in the use of MYOB for payroll tasks
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end
Work From Home Requirements:
  • At least 10mbps internet connection
  • Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
  • Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
  • Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
  • Headset with mic
  • No background noise during work hours
  • Must not be currently employed full time
