A Melbourne-based placement firm specializing in au pair services is looking for an MYOB Payroll officer to join their team!
The Payroll Officer will be expected to work six hours a day, following the client’s timezone and business operating hours.
Tasks:
- Deliver a range of day-to-day payroll processing transactions, including leave applications and appropriate payroll reconciliations
- Maintain HR / Payroll data including employee data, staffing changes, and payroll update
- Prepare payroll fortnightly using MYOB
- Invoice clients
- Chase debts
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll functions for Australian clients
- At least 5 years overall working experience in payroll
- Knowledgeable in the use of MYOB for payroll tasks
- Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Highly organized self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end
Work From Home Requirements:
- At least 10mbps internet connection
- Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
- Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
- Headset with mic
- No background noise during work hours
- Must not be currently employed full time
