Job Description

• Develop and manage the social media channels of Cedele, Workspace Espresso Bar, and Toss & Turn to meet company objectives
• Produce various content in-house for ad-hoc activities or matters when required
• Regularly review the company’s multi-channel social media analytic reports and recommend action plans to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance  including customer behaviour
• Identify trends and communicate these trend insights to respective partners
• Develop angles for sustained coverage for branding and product launches
• Develop email campaigns and automation strategy from content writing, setting up, launching, optimising, management, & reporting
• Address all queries from social media visitors/customers in a timely and courteous manner
• Responsible to come out with innovative marketing ideas for outlets marketing programmes
• Sourcing press and media advertising opportunities
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including event poster, social media posts, FB cover page, Instagram posts and reels etc for all brands
• Other ad hoc projects as and when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum diploma holder with 1 year of Digital Marketing experience
• Experienced in F&B background will be an added advantage
• Creative flair and good eye for design & aesthetics
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and measurement tools, including areas in analytics, media buying and content
• Knowledge in photo and video editing software is advantageous
• A progressive thinker who can connect digital to all aspects of the business and drive growth
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Pleasant disposition with strong communications skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
