Job Description

• Work with the interior design team to develop design solutions for the project assigned and take ownership of the work assigned.
• Coordination with the Client to understand the requirements and feedback with respect to design & transferring the information to the team for proper execution.
• Open for out-of-town traveling for site visits (within Gujarat OR Pan India).
• Research new concepts, detailing, and materials to support the design team on technical issues influencing concept development.
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to the final project completion.
• Conduct on-site observations for quality output and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects.
• Prepare and participate in client presentations through PowerPoint presentations, Photoshop, etc.
• Select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes while keeping within budget for interior and architectural interior projects.
• Meeting vendors for new materials and maintaining data in the material library.
• Prepare design/working drawings in AutoCAD and supporting documents for material shortlisting
• Coordination with consultants/vendors for timely execution of the project.
• Checking estimates, BOQ for the assigned projects

Mandatory Skills

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Good attitude, go-getter, self-learner, customer-focused, work flexibility
• Thought leadership, out-of-the-box thinking, and future-readiness
• Good decision-making & analytical abilities
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Must be creative and imaginative
• The ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dehradun, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Interior design: 1 year (Preferred)
• AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
