Telecaller Executive

Telecaller Job Description:

The primary job responsibility is to promote the company’s products or services & generate leads.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing customers.
• Provide information about the company’s products or services to the customers.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns or objections.
• Generate leads by identifying potential customers and gathering their contact information.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

A telecaller should also have good knowledge of IT courses and training, possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive and convincing, have a friendly and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
