We are hiring Customer Care Executive
Role and Responsibilities :
- Excellent communication skills are required; telephone etiquette is a must.
- should be able to speak fluently in English and Hindi, any other language would be an additional benefit.
- Entering and updating lead information in CRM. Assigning leads to Business Development Executive
- Willing to make high volumes of calls.
- Handle high-profile clients professionally and manage their objections.
- Willingness to learn new software and ready to take tasks given time to time.

Salary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
