Job Summary
The role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of factory production. The factory has in-house manufacturing as well as job-work processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee all aspects of production
- Engage with management with production planning and frequent reviews and updates
- Identify problems and suggest solutions to issues arising on a daily basis
- Basic knowledge of computers to update the company ERP system
Key Skills
- Written English
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in a garment or bag factory. No other industries will be considered.
