a. For upsell of high-end plans & Long-term plans to existing customers.
b. Retention of existing customers through problem resolution and service assurance
c. High Productivity in Tele-calling along with good communication skills required in both English and Hindi
d. Excellent convincing skills & customer centric approach
e. Generating leads for sales
