Tele Calling Executive
Patient Information and Education:
- Contact potential patients through phone calls and provide detailed information about Ankuram IVF’s services, procedures, and facilities.
- Educate patients about the IVF process, including pre-treatment preparations, steps involved, and potential outcomes.
Handling Inquiries:
- Answer all inquiries from prospective patients regarding IVF treatments, costs, success rates, and any other related questions.
- Clarify doubts and provide accurate, helpful information to potential patients.
Telecallers in an IVF clinic play a crucial role in the patient acquisition process by being the initial point of contact. Their ability to effectively communicate and provide accurate information is essential for the clinic’s success and for supporting individuals and couples seeking fertility treatment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹8,500.00 – ₹14,000.00 per month
