Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Calling existing and potential customers to help them buying company products.
  • Accurately recording details of customers’ daily in CRM.
  • Managing customer details by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products.
  • Developing and sustaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Using sales scripts prescribed by the company to drive sales and respond to customer objections
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience – Minimum 1 year – 2 year .
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proven experience working as Tele sales
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
  • The ability to follow scripts.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
