Job Overview:

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations at a

Gated Community. This includes managing a team of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of the Gated Community, and implementing security policies and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise the security team to ensure that all security operations are performed effectively and efficiently.

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures for the site, in line with industry best practices.
• Conduct security risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage access control systems to ensure that only authorized personnel are granted access to the construction site.
• Monitor the CCTV surveillance system to identify potential security threats and respond to

incidents in a timely manner.

• Investigate security incidents and prepare reports documenting the findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders to coordinate responses to security incidents or emergencies.
• Conduct regular training and drills for the security team to ensure that they are prepared to respond to security incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of security operations, including incident reports, training records, and equipment maintenance logs.
• Monitor and manage the security budget, ensuring that expenses are in line with the approved budget.

Desired Candidate Profile

High School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant security certifications or training.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a community site environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team of security personnel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Sound knowledge of security policies and procedures, and experience in developing and implementing security plans.
• Experience in conducting security risk assessments and developing mitigation plans.
• Proficient in the use of security equipment, such as CCTV surveillance systems and access control systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to security incidents or emergencies in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records of security operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Ex-servicemen with computer literacy are preferred for these positions.
