Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should have good communication skills- English.
  • Should be comfortable with Work From Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
  • Any Graduate fresher and experience.
