Help desk – Customer Service Technology Support.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Customer service skills.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit.
- Proficiency in English.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should have good communication skills- English.
- Should be comfortable with Work From Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
- Any Graduate fresher and experience.
