• Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify customers’ needs, verify information, and provide feasible solutions.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative sales targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers can apply.
• Experienced candidates with relevant experience of international calling will be preferred.
• Strong telephonic and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Candidates must have a good command over “English” language.
• Candidates must be opened for Night shift as per company’s requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
