Job Description
Responsibilities:
Call Handling from Customers and resolving the issues.regarding bus booking
Supporting the Query and do the needful.
Reporting to the team lead.
Proactive work to be done.
Qualifications
Any Graduate with Good communication & Excellent English,Telugu Hindi & Kannada Fluency.
10+2 Educated candidates can also apply
Work experience certificates are needed for experienced associates.
Age- 18-32 years,
Candidates who have experience in BPO in inbound or outbound process is eligible
Rotational weekoffs and Shifts.
