Recreational Services Supervisor Trainee – 3 to 6 months

what you will do

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the sports center and ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience
• Maintain weight and cardiovascular fitness areas; ensure equipment is functioning properly and is being used in accordance with facility rules
• Promote and organize guest/member fitness programs and activities
• Ensure that guests are provided with appropriate instructions on the use of equipment and information on fitness
• Ensure the accuracy of all attendance records and guest registration in accordance with standards
• Promote the facility and organize special events as needed
• Ensure that the sports center is clean and well maintained
• All other related tasks

Your Experience And Skills Include

• A college or university degree in a related discipline in progress is required
• Ability to use Microsoft Windows applications required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Spoken languages ​​requested: French and English
