Job Description

• Correct depiction of all business transactions according to local GAAP (HGB) and US GAAP
• Carrying out regular account reconciliations including currency conversion
• Support for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Execution of payment runs
• Asset accounting reconciliation
• Handling of advances VAT returns (ZM, Z4 and Z5)
• Management of receivables
• Support of internal and external audits

Qualification

• Successfully completed commercial training or degree with a focus on accounting
• Relevant professional experience in the field of accounting, preferably with an international focus
• Experience in dealing with financial modules within an integrated ERP system (Oracle)
• Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Good written and spoken English language skills
• Structured and independent way of working
