Adecco Recruitment are currently seeking an individual to support one of our clients based in Hammersmith with a data entry position. This is a temporary role for initially 9 weeks with the possibility of extension. The pay rate is £12.91 per hour. Our client is offering a hybrid working pattern where you will have the opportunity to choose 2 days to work from home.
Main duties:
- Be responsible for the creation of supplier agreement documents, requiring data input into our client’s online tool to generate forms for signature
- Responsible for ensuring each document is updated in a central dashboard for status tracking
- Responsible for checking our client’s online system for the voided documents and ensuring key stakeholders are informed
- Liaise with commercial project lead and master data project lead to ensure all data is correct and up to date
- Sharing information with our client’s field-based teams via a central tracker to empower them to support our clients retail partners
Skills:
- Experience with data entry
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Teams & Excel
- Ability to work with high volume data efficiently
