About the position
The HR department in Munck is responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, from employment to resignation, personnel policies, employee and management development, etc. We are a small department with many balls in the air. We are good at helping each other and focus on working from a holistic view that goes beyond our own tasks.
As our HR administrative colleague, your tasks will be many, and you will be able to expect great responsibility right from the start.

The tasks will, among other things, be:

  • Drafting of contracts, registration of data, affiliations, job titles, etc. on employment and termination as well as on and off boarding AZ
  • Advice for managers and employees regarding personnel administrative issues both by telephone and via our shared HR mailbox.
  • Various ad-hoc tasks, including leading internal courses, and possibly staff events
  • Updating personnel policies and personnel handbook

About you
There may be several ways into the position, but the most important thing is that you have experience with administrative HR work, knowledge of personnel law and a desire to learn. It is a big advantage if you have previously worked with collective agreements.

  • You are flexible, good at collaborating and finding solutions in a busy everyday life

  • You are positive with good communication skills
  • You have experience with administrative tasks within HR and can actively contribute to the general improvement of HR processes
