Full Job Description
We’re urgently looking for fresh and dynamic Sales & Office Administrator – Female, to join our Sharjah office.
Responsibilities
Prepare quotations and co-ordinate after-sales service activities
To identify and develop new sales accounts and opportunities.
Report to Manager or Supervisor on sales, stock movements, out-of-stock situations, customers’ comments and other concerns.
Build strong working relationship with customers.
Attend to Sales Enquires, achieve Sales Target.
Work with Sales team on a day to day basis and assist them to provide services for clients Maintain calendars for multiple executives
Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing material
Maintain a log to track projects and their status
Heavy communication internally and externally
Assist in documentation
General administrative duties and data entry
Handling of phone calls and enquiries
Answer incoming calls and answer general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with outgoing deliveries from the office to local clinics.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who have: 0-1 years Experience
Degree/Diploma
The ability to work independently
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
The ability to work across cultures and with diverse range of people
Be flexible and accessible during peak periods of work
Able to collaborate in a team environment
Positive attitude
