Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Packing Associates in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are packed and prepared for shipping in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Receive and sort products into appropriate packing boxes
Ensure that each product is properly labeled and marked for shipping
Assemble and pack products in accordance with specific instructions
Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects or damages
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production goals and quotas
Work cooperatively with team members to complete tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment preferred
Ability to read and understand instructions
Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
