We are looking for a Marketing Content Program Manager that can provide a fresh, creative approach to helping customers understand all that Prime has to offer. Experience in marketing or e-commerce merchandising is highly desired. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management. This position offers an exciting introduction to marketing at one of the leading global technology companies.

Key job responsibilities

You will be responsible for innovating, developing and executing content experimentation initiatives, analyzing metrics and providing actionable insight into performance, as well as making recommendations on marketing plans. In addition, you will be collaborating with Prime and partner teams WW to launch new features and products for our customers. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools.

In nutshell,
• Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (driving an experimentation calendar, monitoring metrics, creating campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
• Develop a holistic strategy to drive KPIs across customer cohorts. Compile and report metrics on a regular cadence to mark progress against program, team-wide and organization-wide goals.
• Act as liaison with a range of external and internal partners to support their initiatives/ provide visibility into team priorities, performance and roadmap
• Build a Partnership marketing program in collaboration with other Amazon Owned and Operated channels and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop and lead the email onboarding and lifecycle marketing strategy for Prime/Non-Prime customers
• Partner with the content and design teams to define the requirements of the digital media assets and continuously test these creatives and share feedback with the team to drive improvements.

A day in the life
You’ll be responsible for having a strong backlog of improvement ideas of our customer experience, experimenting and reporting on new ideas and keeping an eye on business and performance metrics to ensure our experience delights our customers. As the expert in our onsite experience, you’ll be consulting country Marketing leaders, tech teams and product managers how to launch new features but will also be responsible for the implementation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent in writing customer facing English. Arabic is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s Degree preferred
3-5 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, online merchandising and consumer marketing/sales
Strong writing and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with A/B content and message testing
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Strong experience in web and UX design (including HTML/CSS, XML, image editing software etc.)
Ability to leverage insights (qualitative and quantitative) to design and implement innovative engagement programs
