• Install, test and troubleshoot fiber optic and copper cables, including patch panels and patch cords
• Work with a partner to move corporate equipment from loading docks
• Manage work and priorities through a ticketing system and work processes to respond to customer requests and complete projects
• Use a pager or cell phone for communication, information and emergencies
