Amazon is shaping the future of digital video entertainment in India. Amazon miniTV is our new mobile first video, free ad-supported streaming service for Amazon in India. Over the next few months, we plan to launch a large number of exclusive shows and new content. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to work in a start-up like environment and is passionate about digital media.

We are looking for a highly accomplished business professional to be a part of our Video Ads Business. As a senior member, you will drive adoption of our video ads solutions across all advertiser categories and have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Amazon’s video ads in India.

You will have a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape especially video/ TV advertising. You will own advertiser and agency relationships, build GTM strategies and drive revenue for the business. To achieve success, you will work very closely with the India Ads Leadership, WW Ads teams, Amazon miniTV, program teams, marketing, product and other cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building partnerships and working in a complex, cross functional environment. He/she must also possess strong communications skills and the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to internal and external stakeholders. He/she will have a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win!

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a key member of the video team, helping to drive overall narrative/positioning across multiple Video properties and drive business growth for video.
• Influence and guide Go To Market decisions like Pricing, Positioning , Prioritization across brands and advertising agencies.
• Lead initiatives on defining differentiated propositions for brands and agencies which will include and not limited to targeting, reach , monetization framework etc
• Work closely with IN and WW teams to understand the various existing products, drive prioritization basis customer need and focus on needle moving inputs.
• Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to increasing adoption customers.
• Lead conceptualization and ideation of multiple integration and solutioning opportunities across Amazon’s Video Properties.


  • 6-8 years of marketing experience in a digital native organization.
  • Experience building and scaling cross functional programs
  • Deep understanding of the advertising and media ecosystem in India


  • Experience in a similar role in TV /OTT/Large Video Publishers.
  • Strong digital understanding and working with large clients
