DESCRIPTION
1. Drive inputs within Prime Video across teams & enable Ad Sales team in defining the “Prime Video Ads” narrative/positioning across reach, targeting & why Advertisers should partner with us
2. Influence & guide Pricing and Packaging on Prime Video Ads as the Supply side owner & influence monetization growth via support to Amazon Ads team
3. Partner with Ads team to meet strategic advertisers , media agencies where needed, as the voice / representative of Prime Video
4. Lead ideation, conceptualizing and implementation of Brand Integration and Product placement opportunities for strategic advertisers
5. Lead initiatives on defining our targeting capabilities , measurement and reporting practices, CX policies and tenets on Ads
6. Collaborate with Ads team on GTM strategy and own mechanisms to inspect and audit performance/requirements on an ongoing basis .
7. Provide thought leadership to drive the annual planning process for Ads monetization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
- MBA from a reputed institution with 10+ years’ experience with last 3-4 years in senior leadership position in a relevant Ad-strategy / advertising led function.
- Highly Analytical, Problem Solving & someone who is comfortable with ambiguity
- A proven track record of building a new business , strategic acumen with a high Bias for Action and Think Big attitude
- Experience in previous roles managing relationships with senior stakeholders including: Product leaders, Sales, Account Management, Finance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Digital advertising experience managing large clients
- Experience at building teams, ideally with a focus that includes sales and go-to-market strategy
- Experience in doing similar role across TV or OTT player
