The International Seller Growth (ISG) – Seller Recruitment function in Hyderabad, India owns recruiting New to Amazon Sellers at scale, providing Account Management to high potential Sellers, and helping Sellers be successful on Amazon. We are looking for a smart and dynamic Seller Recruitment Business Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have Sales and Account Management experience, combined with analytical abilities and strong technical skills. S/he will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, can easily collaborate with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), and have strong business acumen.
To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable dealing with large and complex data sets, be comfortable with SQL querying, and have experience building self-service dashboards and using visualization tools, while always applying analytical rigor to solve business problems.
Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple Account Managers, Team Managers, etc. to understand business requirements and to prioritize and deliver data and reporting.
- Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our analytical and business needs.
- Analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes of issues.
- Analysis that helps drive business actions.
- Capture the right metrics to influence stakeholders and measure success.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2+ yrs of experience in Sales and/or Account management:
- Background in quantitative decision-making, ability to drive business/operations metrics, and driving adoption of different tools and resources.
- Strong analytical, mediation, and problem-resolution skills.
- Skilled in a collaborative environment, succeeding through regular meetings and clear formal and informal communication with members of the remote and local management teams.
- Expert in writing and tuning SQL scripts.
- Advanced capabilities with productivity software such as Excel and Access
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau OR Qlikview OR Quicksight
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
