Job Title: Product Manager – Flipshop (ANS Commerce)

Location- Gurgaon/Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Flipshop, an online e-commerce self-serve SaaS platform. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the e-commerce market, including customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

· Define the product vision and strategy, and communicate it to the team and stakeholders

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new product features and enhancements

· Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions

· Develop product roadmaps and prioritize feature development based on business objectives and customer needs

· Define and track key product metrics to measure product successand identify areas for improvement

· Lead and mentor a team of product managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive success

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

· 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the e-commerce or SaaS industry

· Proven track record of developing and launching successful products and features

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

· Experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks

· Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team

Salary: ₹1,500,000.00 – ₹3,000,000.00 per year
