About the role
The purpose of the Banker Digital Experience Tribe is to enable our Bankers to deliver great service to customers, through intelligent, integrated tools and processes. Bankers will become advocates of the solutions they use, reflecting the fact that we put our frontline teams at the centre of everything we do.
The Banker Adoption and Communication squad’s, mission is to empower bankers with knowledge and communication by delivering information in the right way, to the right teams, at the right time; we strive for continuous improvement.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is a natural leader, creative, innovate and who wants to live and breathe our ways of working.

What will you bring?
Strong leadership skills and strategic mindset to develop and drive the team’s roadmap and prioritisation
Strong Continuous Improvement mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills which will enable you to coach and uplift staff with this skillset
Excellent Stakeholder Engagement skills. Able to meet and communicate with Senior leaders to maintain transparency and deliver outcomes for both the stakeholder and bankers
Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to make hard decisions on prioritisation
Effective risk and governance management skills, with the ability to identify, articulate, mitigate, and manage both delivery and operational risks ensuring the knowledge management material remains current
Work collaboratively with Retail and Commercial stakeholders and produce accurate and effective internal communications to resolve Banker enquirie
Change management experience
Delivering adoption and readership reporting to support of the group with adoption of change
Monitoring quality of banker communications ensuring requested changes adhere to established style guides and maintain consistent, easy to follow information
Streamlining approval chains across multiple stakeholder teams to efficiently manage both regular and unscheduled communication requirements
