Aston Hill (Du Partner) is hiring for the following position for it’s Dubai Office.

#Sales_Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
• Effectively manage large amounts of calls.
• Identify and assess customer’s need to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
• Sales Experience is Mandatory.
• TeleSales experience in the Telecommunication field is preferred.
• Candidates excellent in English speaking only can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
