Back Office Executive

Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. As a Backend Office Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company by managing and organizing data, performing administrative tasks, and supporting other team members as needed.


  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and scanning documents
  • Respond to emails and phone calls from clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and other events
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure that office equipment and supplies are maintained and restocked as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Backend Office Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office software
  • Experience with data entry and data management
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹5,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
