Back Office Executive
Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. As a Backend Office Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company by managing and organizing data, performing administrative tasks, and supporting other team members as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and scanning documents
- Respond to emails and phone calls from clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and other events
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure that office equipment and supplies are maintained and restocked as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Backend Office Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office software
- Experience with data entry and data management
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹5,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
