Customer Support Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a smart and energetic person to handle all customer related queries.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries through phone calls
- Addressing online en-queries over the website through the chat window
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements, fix appointments and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information, follow up status and appointment status in the database.
- Fix and follow appointments, customer meetings in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet target quota and facilitate future business.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements:
- Gender – Female
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Good command over English & Tamizh Language
- Should be computer proficient.
- Qualification – Any Under Graduate / Graduate
- Experience – 0-1 year
Working Hours & Days – 9.30am to 6.30pm (Sunday Off)
