Customer Service Representative

Full Job Description

Position Summary:

Serve as the customer service / inside sales interface between the customer and Bay Advanced Technologies. Effective and efficient processing of all customer order transactions and customer order inquires with minimal direct supervision.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders
  • Send order confirmations
  • Support sales reporting
  • Work along with outside Sales on customer RFQ
  • Answer incoming sales department phone calls
  • Update customer order rescheduling and open order report.
  • Update order status in customer’s vendor portal
  • Other duties as directed

Essential skills and experience:

  • Diploma in Business or any related field
  • Experience in semiconductor or contract manufacturing supply chain would be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of sales order processing
  • Team player and solution oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and handle difficult situations professionally
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
