Customer Service Representative
Full Job Description
Position Summary:
Serve as the customer service / inside sales interface between the customer and Bay Advanced Technologies. Effective and efficient processing of all customer order transactions and customer order inquires with minimal direct supervision.
Position Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders
- Send order confirmations
- Support sales reporting
- Work along with outside Sales on customer RFQ
- Answer incoming sales department phone calls
- Update customer order rescheduling and open order report.
- Update order status in customer’s vendor portal
- Other duties as directed
Essential skills and experience:
- Diploma in Business or any related field
- Experience in semiconductor or contract manufacturing supply chain would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of sales order processing
- Team player and solution oriented
- Ability to multi-task and handle difficult situations professionally
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
