Responsibilities:

• Involve in product improvement project in areas of formulation, product trials and technology transfer;
• Conduct product analytical testing for Process Validation Sample and others.
• Preparation of test solutions, volumetric solution, and standardizations of volumetric solution and reference standards
• Conduct Generic and proprietary product and manufacturing process research, design, development and improvement;
• Create product SOPs according to reference
• Conduct product formulation review, investigation, and advice to improve product quality;
• Involve in Process Validation to ensure processes used are validated in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirement;
• Performing equipment performance qualification.
• Performing finished product comparison dissolution profile and analytical Method validation if necessary.
• Performing routine calibration for analytical instrument and report any deviation.
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness and neatness for safety of the laboratory according to the Good Laboratory Practices.
• To carry out any other duties assigned by your immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Chemical.
• Preferred to have experience in Formulation, Process, HPLC, UV, IR, Dissolution tester, but not compulsory.

Other information :

• 5 days work week
• Permanent position with 2 years lock-in period.
