Share new ideas to develops business development strategies in collaboration with Business HR and Directors

Utilizes appropriate marketing and sales methodologies to develop profitable business for the company.

Regularly follow ups with clients to assess and identify business opportunities; strives to achieve sales goals.

Prospects continuously for new clients through a variety of techniques, including social media, emails, whatsapp or cold calling.

Maintains current list of all prospects business in electronic database/drive password protected as specified by company

Works along with company marketing department as teamwork and focus on maximizing and expansion of business

Participates in associations, trade fair assists in other promotional efforts.

Follow ups on referrals and self-generated leads to identify client influences and manageable ways to conclude the deal.

Plans prospect visits with appropriate operations personnel whenever required to draft proper security survey report to better understand the client existing issues.

Makes sales presentations to prospective clients depending upon the client requirements, for any client unable to meet physically.

Strong follow up for closure of business deal and getting Work order and agreement process.

Demonstrated energy, drive, determination and persistence, even when confronted with rejection.

Require excellent planning, organization and time management skills incase have scheduled meeting throughout day.

Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently.

Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

Courteous telephone manner and Strong customer service and interpersonal skills that drives in results orientation.

Maintaining composure in dealing with any executives, clients, prospects, and staff with professional approach.

Should be trustworthy in handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
