We are looking for a “ US IT Recruiter” who will take care of the direct client requirements across the US. This role will be on the night shift and will have the capability to grow further into a leadership role in the future. The salary will be the best in the industry with good incentives and awards.

Job Description:

US IT Recruiter
Excellent communication skills both written & verbal

Role:
Evaluate candidates for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
Conduct 1st round of interviews to assess communication skills, fitment issues, the reason for the change, etc.
Build & sustain the network of potential candidates
Negotiate rate or salary
Maintain the database as per the skills, experience, location
From long-term relationships with candidates
Review and understand the technical job requirements
Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met
Format resumes, meet client expectations
Research on new technologies and terminologies

Preferred skills to have:
Candidates should have technical recruitment experience in contract OR permanent staffing
Experience in the entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/Rate negotiation
Source candidates from various sources like portals (Monster, Dice CareerBuilder, etc.), databases, networking, references, etc

Also open to new grads/ freshers with excellent communication skills.

IT Recruiter

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, and the Internet. Basic Qualifications Relentless client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
• Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision. Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
• Experienced candidates with a passion for recruitment in new technologies and niche skills are valued.
