Job Description
- Acting as the point of contact between the Director and executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing calendars and setting up meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Provide general administrative support.
- Created and maintained administrative reports and spreadsheets for logistical purposes.
- Created several documents and processes. (Process Documentation, Self Evaluation Form, PIP, Meeting Etiquette).

- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, board members & external partners
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
