Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) within the Inside Sales department of JobTeaser, you will be responsible for generating and prospecting qualified sales leads. As the first interlocutor in the strategic understanding of the need of our prospects with great potential, you are involved at the beginning of the cycle of sale to establish and develop strong relationships with all kinds of companies.

On a daily basis:

  • You lead prospecting campaigns by e-mail and by phone in order to detect new opportunities.
  • You qualify the need and feed our pipeline by scheduling new appointments for our Business Developers.
  • You get in touch and commit our prospects by presenting our company and positioning your speech on an approach of advice in their need for recruitment.
  • You stay up-to-date with new products/services and new prices and you report to the Inside Sales Manager on activities and sales results.

Qualifications

  • You ideally have a first commercial experience (internship included) and you may already have some nice stories to tell us!
  • You have a “hunting” mind and a strong taste for commercial development, you are combative and result-oriented, and you have a taste for the challenge: you are looking for a formative opportunity and have enough energy to reach and even exceed your objectives!
  • You are a good communicator, you like to convince, and you know how to show empathy: a must to engage our prospects.
  • You are metrics-oriented and know how to be rigorous in CRM reporting.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you know how to be independent and you are able to make innovative proposals.
  • You are fully fluent in English.
