ERO is called taking a person who answers the calls made on emergency no. (108), collects information regarding event/victims/event location and sends emergency services (medical/police/fire) to the event location according to the need of the situation. Role &

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls on 108
• Ensuring excellent customer service.
• Giving appropriate resolution to the caller’s query/request & Complaints (QRC)
• Dispatching ambulance / Police & Fire to the event location as required
• Maintain all information in the system as required
• Report TL / Managers for performances
• Perform operational work as assigned

Competency Criteria:

• Any Graduate
• Language proficiency – English – Hindi – Marathi
• Typing Speed 25-30 WPM, Accuracy Min- 80%
• Focused on the outcome for the team and the company
• Strong aptitude to learning new skills
• Excellent general IT skills and knowledge – MS. Office – Word/PowerPoint/Outlook/Visio
