Tele caller Role and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Responding to inquiries concerning to the product or the organization.
- 100 valid calls in a day.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules
- Regular follow-up calls with prospects.
- Preparing and reconciliation of calling data and updating on daily basis at the end of the day.
Tele caller Qualification:
- High school diploma
- Calling etiquette
- Enjoying communicating with people
- Institutional experience working as a tele caller or similar role (fresher can also be considered)
- Computer knowledge and can work on Excel.
- Customer Handling
- Excellent interpersonal, research and record keeping skills.
Location: Agra
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
