– Taking the lead with bookings and proposals sent to sales via email,social media and telephone.
– Assisting the sales team in the reporting of daily activities and results.
– Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
– Take ownership of each inquiry and booking.
– Update trackers and generate reports.
– Interact comfortably with colleagues at all levels.
– Provide support and information to the sales executives when required.


– Minimum of 1 year exposure to Guest Contact environment or call center background.
– Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
– Exceptional telephone etiquette.
– Great organizational skills.
– An above average eye for detail.
– Ability to communicate in English language is mandatory.
– Ability to communicate in any extra of Russian, Ukrainian, Urdu or Arabic language
