Mad 4 Digitizing is looking to fill the position of telecaller. This role will be responsible for providing customer service and support to our clients, including answering general questions about our services and following up on client inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center environment and a passion for helping others overcome their problems.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a call center environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Able to work overtime when needed
