Our Cape Town based client is a trusted outsourcing partner to many businesses globally and is looking for a French Speaking Call Centre Agent to join their team in Epping in the Customer Services department on a 1-year learnership.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Learnership

START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate
DUTIES:
- Answer customers’ queries with regards to their shipment
- Update call centre procedures
- Take appointments for sales representative based in Paris
- Provide a weekly statistics report with regards to the call centre activities
- Train on call centre procedures
- Monitor call handling by the Call Centre Agents
- Ad-hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Valid work Visa
- Highly computer literate (MS Office)
- 1 year cold calling experience
- Previous call centre experience (advantageous)
- Excellent English and French verbal and written skills
- Knowledge of Paris and surrounding area (advantageous)
- Reliable transport
- Strictness and responsiveness (essential)
- Must have a good sense of customer care
- Excellent inter-personal skills
