Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager Assistant to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. The Marketing Manager Assistant will work with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies and campaigns, manage social media platforms, create marketing materials, maintain event website content, take photos during hands-on courses, and coordinate events

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Create and design marketing materials, including digital graphics, social media graphics, and promotional materials, using Adobe Creative Suite
• Maintain and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content that aligns with the brand’s messaging
• Maintain event website content, including creating event pages, updating event information, and uploading photos and videos
• Take photos during hands-on courses for social media purposes
• Assist in the development and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and event promotion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
