Call Center Executive (Female)

Job Context

  • address at AK Trade Center (8 th Floor), 36/7 CDA Avenue, Muradpur, Panchlaish, Chattogram.
  • We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is excited to join the team as Call Center Executive.

Job Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the Client’s requirements.
  • Knowledge of customer services, sales, retail structure, operations, account service/sales
  • management, best practices, and proven ability to communicate and implement.
  • Handle all Clients in a professional manner and maintain records.
  • Develop and preferably excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Ensure the services are properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
  • To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, and documents by keeping records.
  • Systemic filling of all documents.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to the utmost level.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing and ensure fast support to the customers.
  • Should have detailed information about the projects and company.
  • Collect customers’ feedback along with their likes and dislikes.
  • Understanding of marketing strategy, creative, photography/videography, print production, media, and digital.
  • First point of to receive calls and convey appropriate messages to the clients professionally.
  • Responsible to handle callers’ queries, complaints, and requests through inbound and
  • outbound calls.
  • Maintain a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the company
  • Responsible to document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • records in the system, including notes about interactions.
  • Create and maintain daily and monthly report about customer interactions.
  • Performing duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
  • Other duties as assigned by the superior/higher authority.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Equivalent diploma is preferred, Physical agility and stamina are required.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 28 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Must be fluent both in Bangla and English with the right pronunciation
  • Must be skilled in social media and email communication.
