The Caritasverband für Stuttgart e.V. is the welfare association of the Catholic Church in Stuttgart. Our care facilities for the elderly offer a wide range of services and assistance for seniors. This includes, for example, full-time and short-term care places, assisted living, as well as meeting and community centers. For our nursing homes, we are constantly looking for Nursing assistants in geriatric care or health and nursing (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time
Your tasks:
- Support of the certified staff in basic care, taking into account the existing quality and care standards
- Assistance with treatment-nursing care
- Maintaining and promoting life satisfaction through empathetic and psychosocial care of residents
- Assistance with the preparation and intake of meals
- Responsible control of the resident’s vital signs
- Care documentation and transfer of information to the nursing staff

Requirements and conditions:
- Completed one-year training as a care worker for the elderly (or health and nursing assistant) or relevant professional experiences
- A client-oriented perspective and sensitivity to the needs of people in need of care and dementia, as well as their families
