APS have partnered with one of Australia’s leading 3PL and distribution warehouses to assist them in finding hard working pick packers to join their growing team.
Located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne this is an ongoing casual opportunity that has potential to transition to permanent with the client directly within 6-12 months for the right candidate.
We are looking for staff who are available to work full time hours across day and afternoon shift.
What’s On Offer
- Hourly rate $28 – $31 per hour

Your duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Picking & Packing orders
- Labelling and tagging
- Sorting parcels and freight
- Palletising
- Putting items into cages
- Manual handling required (up to 20kgs)
- General daily warehousing tasks including shrink wrap.
- General housekeeping duties
These roles will be commencing immediately.
To be considered for this position you will require the following:
- Previous warehousing or labouring experience highly regarded.
- Order picking experience desirable.
- Own reliable transport
- MUST BE AVAILABLE 5 days per week – Monday to Friday
- PPE required (Hi Vis Vest & Steel Cap Boots)
- Flexibility during peak periods
- Committed and strong work ethic
