Your new tasks – our common goals

• They form a central institution in the operational management team throughout the CCC group of companies.
• In the post-acute care/paediatric post-acute care nursing position, you will apply in-depth knowledge of social and labor law and be able to confidently manage outpatient and inpatient facilities in terms of nursing care. Based on scientific findings and your nursing expertise, you will make a pioneering contribution to the conceptual further development of the entire post-acute care path and set future-oriented standards of modern, professional care with us in a way that will attract the public.
• Together with your team of regional Chief Nursing Executives, you will play a key role in the professionalization of existing post-acute care facilities and the successful opening of new ones. You will empathetically advise the nursing, therapist and medical teams, visit practical patient care, carry out requirement analyzes and assessments using our ICCP governance process and identify, define and record clinical key figures and nursing diagnostic methods, which you evaluate in depth and present with conviction.
• They implement pediatric post-acute care concepts and manage the relevant project work in close cooperation with the regional structures.
• Your derived strategies inspire in our company, effectively influence the quality of care and raise the entire group to the next level of competence.

Our wishes to you:

You have a convinced passion for nursing, are extensively trained as a nursing specialist (nationally or internationally) and are state-recognized in Germany, have several years of clinical professional experience and inpatient management responsibility in a managerial or deputy managerial position and are:

• Nursing service management according to DKG guidelines and/or facility management/home management including management of an outpatient nursing service/responsible nursing specialist according to § 71 SGB XI
• Nursing expert for out-of-hospital intensive care and ventilation and/or respiratory therapist
• Nursing expert for out-of-hospital pediatric intensive care and respiratory care
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Nursing (Nursing Management/Nursing Sciences)
