Job Description
Quality Branded is hiring an experienced Hotel Chef. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of diverse food preparations, excellent interpersonal skills, effective time management and multi-tasking, and a critical eye for quality control. This role will be stationed at Pendry Manhattan West and will include oversight of Zou Zou’s private events, Chez Zou, and PMW events and outlets.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in high-volume and fine-dining restaurants
- At least 2 years experience in an Executive Sous Chef role or higher.
- Multi-unit/catering and banquet experience preferred
- NYC DOH Certification
- This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends
