Job Description
Responsible for maximizing business opportunities in the Reimbursement for Cipla Limited brands in India. The role holder is responsible for managing the key accounts in the reimbursement sector and in including management of the overall commercial performance of the institutional business and developing key relationships. He/she is responsible for working with the sales team and cross-functional Cipla stakeholders to ensure an appropriate level of support for an account, including the identification and development of additional revenue opportunities.
Accountabilities
- Identify institutional KOL/KBL MSL through effective customer profiling
- Responsible for engagement and development of KOL/KBL customers
- Develop team through various pieces of training on brand development and therapy initiative
- Responsible for generating business from KOL & KBL customers
- Analyze business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors
Education Qualification
- B. Pharm. / B. Sc
Relevant Work Experience
- 3-4 years of experience as a Key Account Manager – Institutional Sales in the Pharmaceutical industry
