UNSKILLED LABORER – Entry level position. Physical condition should allow for frequent bending, stooping, squatting, standing for long extended periods of time in addition to heavy lifting. Flagger training will be provided if required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Perform manual physical labor at highway and heavy construction projects.
• May operate hand and power tools to prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support excavations, erect scaffolding and cleaning and removal of debris and waste.
• Hauling, hoisting of materials.
• Excavating and filling trenches of ditches.
• Work is done in variable weather conditions including heat & humidity and may be on uneven, unpaved surfaces.

All positions require your own transportation to and from jobsites which vary within the Metro Nashville area and surrounding counties. All positions are full-time and commonly a 6 day work week Monday-Saturday. This is a non-exempt position.
