Civil Project Engineer
Mission
Ensure the effective and efficient planning, coordination and control of the production processes in the Casais Group, guaranteeing the satisfaction of the internal / external customer by meeting deadlines, current legislation, quality and safety standards and at the lowest possible cost, through proper allocation of resources financial, human, technical and material resources. And acting according to the Group’s ethics and Casais values.
Main responsibilities
Plan and coordinate the activities of the work, monitoring its execution, analyzing costs and income, as well as existing deviations, implementing the necessary corrective actions, in order to ensure the quality of execution and defined objectives in line with the defined technical specifications; Liaison with the operations support areas, namely with regard to the survey of needs for physical resources (equipment and materials), human resources, operational management of the yard; Proceed with permanent articulation with the team of the Owner of Work, regarding the fulfillment of the contract, suggesting and negotiating, eventual alterations to the project and/or to the work plan and to the defined execution processes; Respond to requests from external entities, namely regulatory entities, inspections, external audits, among others, providing all the necessary monitoring and information gathering; Periodically lead meetings with the work team and subcontractors to assess the state of the work and define preventive or corrective actions; Proceed with the development of reports, implementation and development of essential routine cycles, such as the strategic execution plan, general work planning, implementation and updating of the biweekly work planning, supply maps, provisional auto and autos – customers / task workers;
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
