Receptionist

ROLES & Responsibilities –
- This is a full time- work from office position.
- Welcome clients to the clinic and make them feel comfortable.
- Handle customer enquires – Phone, email, google business, whatsapp
- Resolve customer complaints, support with follow up appointments, cancellation, send appointment reminders
- Manage calendar of all appointments.
- Collect payment.
- Open and close clinic daily
- Onboard affiliates – Research, call and follow up
- Staff attendance, leaves, salary slip etc
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Keep updated records of clinic expenses and costs.
- Assist doctors while performing treatment.
- Sterilization of instruments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

- Bachelor’s (Preferred)

- Nursing: 1 year (Required)
