ROLES & Responsibilities –

  • This is a full time- work from office position.
  • Welcome clients to the clinic and make them feel comfortable.
  • Handle customer enquires – Phone, email, google business, whatsapp
  • Resolve customer complaints, support with follow up appointments, cancellation, send appointment reminders
  • Manage calendar of all appointments.
  • Collect payment.
  • Open and close clinic daily
  • Onboard affiliates – Research, call and follow up
  • Staff attendance, leaves, salary slip etc
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Keep updated records of clinic expenses and costs.
  • Assist doctors while performing treatment.
  • Sterilization of instruments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
